Employees wellbeing and work/life balance is really important to boost the productivity and innovation, empowering collaborators to achieve their goals and increase customer satisfaction.

Cons

- As fast paced growing organization with new companies acquisitions, lot of process are not mature or consolidated and tools are missing or under construction. - Compensation package could be better (More noticeable in some specific EMEA countries)
