Responsibilities: • Set up and explained new membership contacts. • Provided timely and effective replacement of damaged or missing products. • Verify claims are processed accurately based on the pay rate scale. • Initiate and verify prior authorizations for medical services.
Daily task can get boring at times doing the exact same thing every day.
