      We are happy that you enjoyed your compensation and colleagues! With a large company such as Dynata, sometimes change can feel slow or not an “actual” change, but that doesn’t mean it's not there and it’s not already positively effecting employees. Sometimes it takes time to feel the effects of change in a larger organization. We are sorry you felt that your wellbeing and generally employee wellness wasn’t taken care of during your time with Dynata.
