I've had the chance to work with incredibly talented individuals who are always willing to help and support each other, which has made the work environment positive and motivating. Learning & Growth: One of the standout aspects of working at EPAM is the focus on professional development. The company invests heavily in employee training, offering a wide variety of courses, certifications, and resources to help you grow in your career. There are ample opportunities to work on different projects across industries, which makes the learning curve exciting and diverse.

      Cons

      Pace of Internal Processes: While EPAM is a fast-moving company, there can be some slower internal processes, especially when it comes to administrative tasks like onboarding, benefits, or approvals for certain actions. This can sometimes feel a bit frustrating, though it hasn’t impacted my overall experience too significantly.
