      Pros

      Great people, good management, good pay, not as organized as I wanted it to be, but they're continuously trying to improve their operations.

      Cons

      Will sometimes be asked to travel with less than a weeks notice and travel can last anywhere between 1 week to months at a time.

      Pros

      Smaller company with good people and great morals.

      Cons

      Because it’s a smaller company they work their engineers to the max. This includes poor workload balancing, poor communication from management, and asking engineers to travel for 1-6 weeks at a time with less than 2 weeks of notice. Granted, it’s not the worst place to work. In fact, I’ve learned to really enjoy my job here, but some things could definitely improve.
