      Pros

      Lots of ownership. Lots of ownership over the SWE lifecycle, and I mean everything from CI/CD to Dev to Design and gathering alignment.

      Cons

      Things move slow but deadlines are fast. Lots of badgering needed.

      Pros

      Almost too much training, which they gave you six months time to get trained on stuffs related to the team and role you got assigned. This gives you some time to learn about the company and get used to the environment before getting busy at work.

      Cons

      No work from home flexibility at all. Note that they do offer some work from home days, but you only get that many days in a year.
