Cons

Toxic management. Employees are sometimes informed only a week in advance that they are required to work on a national holiday. If you booked a long weekend months in advance, too bad, your plans and reservations are wasted. Team leaders and managers seem to spend more time introducing new policies, requiring signatures, and issuing warnings than actually supporting the customer service representatives who do the real work. There is a constant need to appear productive, even when it comes at the expense of employees. This is the worst company I have worked for, and that's based on my experience in two different countries on two different continents. I hoped the Canadian branch would be different, but unfortunately I found the same culture. It was an extremely disappointing place to work.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
