      Pros

      I enjoyed my time at Quintiq, during the time it was being merged into DS. Some of the positive points would be: 1. Great working environment. 2. Supportive team, nice colleagues. 3. Personal development is given significant consideration. 4. The project makes sense. You feel like you are making a contribution to society. 5. The facilities are nice and modern. 6. The building sits at the outskirts of the city, but it is easily reachable (within 20 minutes) by bike from anywhere within the city.

      Cons

      Don't have any real cons to speak of. If there is one, it is that there is quite a lot of legacy code (as is the case with most complex software projects), but there is an active drive to modernize it.

      Pros

      This is a good place to get experience if you're interested in Aerospace, IT, Automotive, CAD, Engineering space. There are opportunities to learn and advance your career if you make the right connections.

      Cons

      Management is very unorganized due to constant shift in priorities. Be prepared to have a new manager assigned quarterly which will impact expectations for performance evaluations. This is a French company that manages business entities around the world. The US and French management are very disconnected. If you are assigned a manager who is based overseas, you will absolutely have a difficult time and minimal work life balance.
