      Pros

      As a place to start your career it's great. A lot of smart colleagues you can learn from a lot. Different projects give you the opportunity to experience a lot of different clients/industries.

      Cons

      Not much of a team feeling since you're mostly at the client. Salary is considering what you're required to do quite low.
