      In general the work is quite well defined and management is open to feedback and improvement. The working environment is positive and the benefits are ok.

      Cons

      In my particular case there is not a lot of flexibility with respect to working schedule and working from home.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.
