Regarding Fluor consultants BV - Rotterdam office: They have mostly small brownfield projects. Piping and Process departments are totally based on micromanagement. Management is very old mentality. 1970s mind set. A lot of prejudices and pressure. There is a huge difference in attitute to people between Dutch and other nationalities. Due to working permit issues, non EU engineers prefer here. But if you have other options, I advise you to think second time. PS: I heard better reputation for Fluor-Amsterdam office.
