      Corporate micro-manages everything and workloads are overwhelming. Everyone is trying to figure out how to fit 16 hours of work into an 8 hour day, every single day.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
