Pros
Overall good people to work with, will meet a lot of people that have >20 years with the company which is usually a good sign Decent work life balance depending on your team (besides trying to get rid of 9-80s) although hybrid working schedule is nice. Lots of ability to try different roles and move up and around in your career. Competitive pay for petrochemical company.
Cons
Process engineering work seemed heavily focused on MOC administrative paperwork and environmental calculations vs what I have felt is more value-added engineering unit support from my previous sites. Company seems to be wanting to get rid of the 9-80 working schedule.
