Pros
-I got a lot of room to grow coming from a non-traditional background and had supportive colleagues -Hard work is valued and compensated -L&D time to work on study goals and certs -A lot of different roles you can grow into and eventually move into if you want to move out of tech support -Yearly teamoutings -Great office in the heart of Amsterdam, fully stocked fridge and barista! -Cheap lunches that are catered -More holidays offered than most companies and 2 extra holidays + your birthday off -Good work/life balance. Never really felt stressed or that I didnt have enough PTO
Cons
-KPI's are sometimes rigid and strict- not impossible or even difficult to achieve in my experience but there are expectations that you 'solve' so many issues a week on average -Many changes within the company that can put you on edge. -Visibility is important. Not necessarily a bad thing. But you do need to be 'seen' in order to get promotions etc. -Promotion pay raise wasnt according to market standards even though getting promotion was difficult and required a lot of extra work
