Really been having a great time organizing my own events in Amsterdam. Networking has been phenominal, creativity is beyond what I had ever imagined, and success has been hard fought but well worth it.
Cons
It can be hard to keep on the ball when you're the one guiding every single decision when sometimes having another perspective or team would help out a lot.
