      Pros

      The internal and hierarchical lines are very short, you work in a coaching and learning work environment, good team spirit, structured and protocol work environment. For me the best place when you want to work with people develop and coach them to become the best version they can be! You are being coached on your behavior and development to become the best leader you can be.

      Cons

      Becuase it is a protocol and process environment you need to be aware that you want to work in this company, when you love that way of working you will have found your new job!

      Pros

      You get a developement Journey in coaching, sales, service. Have fantastic colleges and management.

      Cons

      The tecnical developmnet is on its way but we are still using papers some times in the saleprocess.
