Toxic, fake culture and leadership. Lot of people are burning out or leaving due to heavy workload, high expectation and pressure from management and other departments. There are no company events, nor any care about the employees. The office is located in schipol area, which is hard to access with public transport, and the management is still forcing us to come more days to the office. Salary is under market avarage, workload is for 2 people.
