Used to be a great place. Everything was relaxed, but now they push you with more work. Be prepared to work outside of your job description. If you don't, you're penalized. Managers will push you to work harder. You do not receive any praise or recognition for your hard work. Teams can be toxic. They are nice to your face but will report to managers and tell on their teammates. Low salary. Even if you get a promotion (next to impossible) your raise isn't much. Managers choose favorites for promotions. The software is old and complicated. The company makes itself look better than it is. Energy in the company is draining fast. No one is happy anymore. Constant revolving door of employees. Cult-like mentality.

Low salaries specially for women. Unstable strategy for company for more than two years cause so much frustration within the company that Exact suffered from loss of so many of its good senior software engineers and software architects. Exact doesn't have a good employee retention policy. The software is too old and no solid and long term vision into how to upgrade the technology stack. Because the code is really old and most components are in-house-developed, it takes a long time and lots of frustration for new software engineer to be able to contribute to the software delivery.
