Pros

IF you get placed in an interesting company you will learn a lot

Cons

FDM business model is very strong. They make a lot of money from their consultants as they sell them to companies as "trained BAs". Training takes 6-12 weeks in which you mainly get to know your colleagues instead of learning something new. You will be stuck with FDM for 2 years as you have to pay 2k for each week of training if you leave before that time. FDM does not care for your personal wellbeing. I would compare this business model with how they build the pyramids in ancient Egypt: - Fuel the fear of insane punishment's (in this case financial) if you don't continue working.
