Pros

None. 45k avg salary to live currently in Toronto? Goodluck.

Cons

Disorganized interview process Billing System runs into a lot of issues for employees. Having to clock in several places means a lot can go wrong on a daily basis just for making sure you get paid on time and properly which in my experience did not work. Payroll issues. Do not get paid in time, and you have to go through hoops to get them resolved. The deeper stages of the 2 week initialization process consists of them limiting you more and more with legally binding documents. When issues with something comes up in regards to your contract before and during the 2 week initialization period, they communicate through the phone instead of by email. This was consistent with most departments ex)recruiter, HR team, payroll, etc. You can be charged up to $30,000 for breaking your contract and they have every incentive to charge you for their training. There is a reason there are so many bad reviews about this company. Do not work for them for 2 years. The opportunity is NOT worth it.
