no career advancement, no raises, unorganized staff/training/training material, unhelpful leadership, multiple system issues, rules consistently changing without notice, no human to speak with when needing assistance,

Pros

Good company and everything, offering remote jobs for Indian employees. Great work life balance and good TLs too.

Cons

Not good manager or HR in vodafone uk Business Must not consider Getting a Hike , Rahul Sethi (manager vodafone uk) and Nidhi Vishwakarma (people's office FIS) are extremely unprofessional and they didn't even know English well.Also Rahul Sethi (manager vodafone uk) has to be more engaged in the frontliners because vodafone pays per employee not to unprofessional managers.
