Pros
Nice new spacious office at a good location located closely to train and bus connections and most of all Schiphol airport.
Cons
Bureaucratic. Stuck in procedures and long Excel lists. 4th year in a row no salary increase is outright dishonorable; pension is used as a false argument. This company is going to lose lots of talent over this. Look somewhere else if you want to be compensated fairly for your hard work. Dysfunctional organization.
