Pros

Acceptable as an entry-level role for candidates without any other alternatives.

Cons

The Hardware team has several notable drawbacks: 1. Severe micromanagement with lack of any people management 2. Little to no team culture, organization is strictly hierarchical rather than flat, very toxic culture 3. Although having limited resources and limited trainings, they have unreasonable expectations 4. Unprofessional language is frequently used by managers in meetings and written communication. This behavior is also present among some senior staff. 5. Compensation is low, with minimal promotion opportunities 6. HR support is weak and ineffective Overall, NOT recommended for long-term growth. Most employees would leave if options were available.
