      Pros

      My co-workers are intelligent, international employees that I get along with well. The flat hierarchy makes it so there's room for everyone's opinions. People are open to questions so it's easy to learn. Work-life balance is great .

      Cons

      Big differences between OpCo's (departments). Communication towards employees should improve. Long term roadmaps are not known with employees. Salary could be more structured.

      Pros

      I struggle to identify clear positives worth mentioning within the IT department, given the overarching negative experiences.

      Cons

      The work environment within the IT department is notably non-inclusive and fosters a toxic atmosphere, led by management practices that I found to be detrimental to staff morale and well-being. This toxicity has led to a disturbingly high rate of employees taking sick leave due to stress and unfavorable working conditions. Moreover, the HR processes leave much to be desired, especially during the resignation phase and even when you leave the company.The treatment I received from HR was less than professional—bordering on harassment—which further compounded the overall negative experience.
