Top management just looks at PowerPoints and figures, not at what is really happening and the story behind it. Very little diversity in thoughts and idea. You either agree or you are out.

- People expect to work more than 9 hours and you get constant demotivation. - HR is a huge set back. All the Visa Issues have to be tackled by you. They literally made a mistake in my Visa procedure. - Hostile Environment considering contact micromanagment.
