- Amazing work-life balance - Amazing compensation - Amazing team culture in Large Customer Sales - Amazing leaders

Cons

Having worked outside of Google, i now regret leaving Google. What got me to leave was a sense of wanting to experience something new, and build competency in a 0 --> 1 environment. Google may promote that they foster a startup culture, but that's not really the case. It's a megacorp, and you're a cog in the wheel.

Culture is definitely shifting to less of an engineering mindset but it may depend on the role and area you are in AI will continue to reshape Google and all companies out there
