      Pros

      there is know doubt technical management push your boundaries. you can develop your skills in every prospective. its very good platform for new joiners. if you are good enough and working with passion. one can definitely enjoy the work. you can balance life and work at peace.

      Cons

      skill development is like rabbit in a race. if we are good we can take any responsibility we like. but salary is tortoise it will cross it in long run. for us other competitors looks like they are moving ln rocket.

      1) Good infrastructure and work environment 2) Good place to start your career 3) Good work life balance (depends on the project though) 4) Flexible on timings 5) Job security on all levels when you get removed from project you will be put into new project soon

      Cons

      1) Salary for Long term employees are comparatively lower than other companies 2) Not many opportunities are given to learn and change to new technologies 3) Appraisal % is very less even with first rating 4)
