      Pros

      - A lot of talent to learn from and collaborate with. - High volume and budgets, meaning a lot of data to read. - Great location. - Relatively competitive salary, although no bonus or fair salary increase.

      Cons

      - Senior leadership is highly reactive to stocks and less knowledgeable. - Lot of restructuring, little power at the middle management range. - Throughout the last 2 years, they have been cutting benefits. e.g. took away learning budget, working from home is not allowed at Paid Social.
