Pros

The team culture was collaborative and supportive, which made daily work enjoyable. The company provided convenient on-site parking at my local office, and I greatly appreciated the access to a free Udemy Business subscription, which allowed for continuous professional development and skill building.

Cons

The salary and annual raises fall significantly below industry standards for my level of experience. There is an excessive and unrealistic pressure to complete a fixed number of certifications annually, regardless of current project workload. Furthermore, management refuses to provide shift allowances despite frequent overtime, with work often extending until midnight to accommodate US-based teams. Additionally, the mandated in-office presence is excessive and does not reflect a true hybrid working model.
