Demands were low on me personally, felt like exceeding expectations was rather easy just by being competent. Found it easy to gain recognition and move up in the company simply by being around and competent. WLB was great and pay was solid
Cons
Organization and documentation were poor, hiring is a massive mixed bag, working accross 3 timezones in a team led to disfunction. Churn led to massive creep in my role over a short period of time to the extent that by being semi-competent I was teaching dozens of people how to do their job after ~2 years. Office is no-frills, don't expect anything fancy.
