Pros

This is the kind of place that shows its faith in you by letting you take on roles where you will fail, learn, and develop. The people you'll get to work with have lots of different backgrounds, languages, and ideas, and the ways of working promote curiosity and inclusiveness.

Cons

Depending on your prior experience, it can take time to get used to ways of thinking and doing; be kind and give yourself time to see if it's a good fit.

Pros

Great colleagues in my team

Cons

Very slow moving company - slow to make decisions and slow to act on them Typical Swedish culture where everyone has to be involved and have a say on every little decision No challenge in role - irregular workload among colleagues is a constant problem No autonomy Not forward thinking or innovative Inflexible working options People are afraid to have any kind of challenging conversation Lacking good, experienced people managers Very sad to be writing this review - the interview experience was so positive, however this is not the company I thought it would be. Disappointed

Pros

- Relax working environment if you are in the correct team - Average base salary - Availability to work on global products - 15% discount on IKEA products

Cons

- Too little resources for everything, there is no even a proper tolling provided to engineers. No proper monitor provided and you can't request any additional tooling. - Almost no proper team activities handled either in the teams or organizational because of low budget given to the teams - There are very hard dependencies to the legacy systems, and the way to solve them are mostly practical than being correct. - It is not an IT company and you feel it everyday. - Playing two faces one as a Dutch company and one a Swedish company according to the situation/problem whichever is cheaper. - There is no balance between teams, some are working full force and under stress where some teams barely have work to spend time on.
