VL and SL credits can be converted to cash (limited number) and any excess are carried over. Overall, I had fun working for this firm. The retirement package is good.

Cons

Inconsistent WFH guidelines, tends to change whenever the upper management feels like doing so. Other than that, I'm very thankful for this firm

Relatively stable All staff members are easy to work with Competent coworkers

Cons

Relatively stable because employees can be underpaid and can't leave because of the 2026 market Unnatural push to use AI everywhere, limiting growth, especially in Juniors. No appraisals, or an insultingly low one yearly.
