      Pros

      Overall, the company offers good conditions of work and life, the schedule is not fix, you can work day or night but with possibility of arranging your own time with the scheduler... Management very friendly and as family.

      Cons

      Summer time is very busy but we get backup from Ops manager who's almost 24h/24h on the field to provide support.
