Generally good salary and benefits , low pressure.

Cons

Very hard to progress past top level IC layer, promotion is really dependant on if your face is liked rather than skill level. Pointless reorgs every 1 to 2 years. Constantly changing prioritys with poor planning , can sometimes go weeks with no work, forward thinking and discovery is an afterthought. Strange 3 day in office req that no one follows , one day there is pressure to follow it the other day it's swept under the carpet.

Generally a good place to work. Good and friendly people. Some really skilled individuals.

Cons

Salary not as competitive. Big company with lots of people so can get lost a bit. Changing initiatives. Few too many re-orgs.

good colleagues, supportive. It is easy to reach out to a colleague for a small talk. Not many benefits except NS card. Discounts only for Amsterdam (sport), but not relevant if you live in another city.

Cons

difficult to get promotion. Two many layers of company structure to get approval related to work projects.
