      No transperency in decisions Not at all for engineers ( refering to job profile) Feedbacks and advices are not considered

      Pros

      Supportive leads. Good Environment. Data processing automation is good for engineers. Good for MBA, arts, commerce students. Coding analyst role is fit for10 th failed students.

      Cons

      Low salary. No job satisfaction. Don't consider coding as programming(it's verbatim management). I have been fooled by name of coding. Bond causes good career loss. Advice to engineers don't choose roles other than data processing and automation they are not at all for you. People from Hydrabad are not at all supportive they always underestimate the subordinates.
