      great offices and no culture of 8 to 5

      Cons

      Too many layers of complexity and the need for to everyone be informed of the decision that needs to be made. Makes the company no flexible and slow adapter to market changes.

      Cons

      Making decisions is impossible, very hierarchical system with stone old managers. Disbalance between male & female and very old fashioned. Making career moves is not easy and limited opportunity for education.

      Pros

      - If you have good ideas, you can find a room for testing your ideas; there is enough support. - Depending on the department you are working in, when you don't need to be at the office you don't have to; you can work from home as far as you deliver your results.

      Cons

      - Managerial and senior leadership positions are filled with Dutch people just because they are Dutch; not because of their skills etc. So, if you are not Dutch and money is not the only thing you are after, then keep yourself away. - No feeling of being part of a family; there aren't any social activities etc. - No development or career opportunities.
