Pros
Can improve managing skills.. Can have a company car with company fuel . There are some really good coaches. Usefull trainings
Cons
Extreme amount of stress for not worth it salary. No defined working hours you need to always stay longer... The job i very much interfering with your personal life and there is no good job life balance. Most of the places are understaffed so you are overloaded. There are alot of career opportunities if your management let you grow which is not happening 70% of the time even if you go above and beyond .
