      Smooth Interview process/ Onboarding Availability for 1:1, sales training, appropriate ramp Work life balance is incredible, feel so fortunate to be here There is no 'one track', can adjust your future path based on where your interests lie

      In the process of cleaning up salesforce, but thats pretty common across the board

      Smooth interview process management seems to care about employees good benefits work/life balance (hybrid role) Training is 2 weeks long - Including a week long SDR bootcamp Everyone is willing to help (good team culture)

      Cons

      Not much diversity- especially in management (but that seems to be the industry in general)
