      Pros

      I would simply say Rabobank is a great place to work. Not an old workforce, but tending towards a progressive bank with a very clear and likable vision and mission. Working can be done flexible from home and office. Both supported with good supplies and material. And conditions are good (very decent CAO).

      Cons

      The structure of management layers tend to be very hierarchical, also making decision-making often political and slow.
