      Revolut is a great place to work!! - Competitive pay and flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. - Managers don't micromanage at all, all they are concerned about is that you deliver on the quarterly targets. Gives you great autonomy in work and decision making - Top management is great with sharp vision - You will work with some really talented people across the globe and get to learn a lot from them

      None really! Just that the environment is results-oriented and performance driven, so important to keep your goals, progress and any blockers visible to your manager
