- Awful working culture, leadership positions often made red flag comments related to the ways of working in the company
- Tons of pressure to deliver features
- Lack of camaraderie
Working at Revolut has been both intense and rewarding. The compensation is top-tier — not just in terms of salary, but also equity and performance bonuses. I’ve had the chance to work on large-scale, global products where my code directly impacts millions of users. The level of ownership and autonomy is unlike anything I’ve experienced elsewhere; I’m trusted to drive features end-to-end without micromanagement. The team is sharp, driven, and constantly pushing boundaries, which has kept me on my toes and accelerated my growth.
Cons
The pressure to deliver fast sometimes means shifting priorities quickly, which can be frustrating. And while the flat structure is empowering, the lack of structured support or documentation means you need to be fully self-sufficient from day one.
If you're ambitious and thrive in a high-intensity environment, Revolut can be a career-defining move. But it’s definitely not for everyone.
