Thank you for sharing your experience and insights from your time at Riverty. Your feedback, especially after such a long tenure, is incredibly valuable to us.
Your concerns about leadership, prolonged reorganizations, budget cuts, and rising burnout are serious issues that we must address.
We want to be unequivocal: any form of inappropriate behavior, including unethical conduct by leadership or discrimination, is completely unacceptable at Riverty. We encourage all employees to report any such behavior through our "Speakup-System", the Bertelmann Integrity & Compliance department, an Ombudsperson or local contact, which ensure confidentiality and prompt action.
