Pros

Freedom to start new initiatives within the company. Opportunities to work on cool projects with big brands. Learn to become a professional.

Cons

Lack diversity at all levels but esp. in leadership. Consulting, so working hours can be long and some managers make it clear that they do not value your time. Personal development is strongly dependent on what projects you get scheduled on.

Dear former colleague, thank you so much for taking the time for a review. It's great to read that you appreciated our development opportunities, the salary packages and our culture. You can also rest assured that we are continuing to work on improving work-life balance as a high priority with our New Ways of Working initiative, which is already showing great success.
