Pros
- Smart and driven people - Some good policies like flexible work hours, remote working, and wellness days
Cons
- Low salary, not competitive in big cities - Hard to get promoted, promises are made just to end the conversation, but nothing ends up happening - Back office is understaffed and overwhelmed - No real coverage during holidays, taking one week off is a lot even though there is “unlimited PTO” which actually means 20-30 days if you are lucky, as included in internal documentation. You come back to work and are overwhelmed right away - Office politics, no or confusing communication - People first policy is not unanimously applied - Toxic managers are protected because they are “good people leaders” aka their team gets the work done
