      Working from home (until October) and great network

      Cons

      Layoff until 2025 so don't bother, they are going to get you and then let you go sooner rather than later. Poor employee experience. Low salary (especially if you are a woman). Leadership is outsourcing to cheaper locations. Leadership in Ireland has lost total trust of employees. Expect tones of overtime hours (not paid, of course), lots of anxiety, and uncertainty about your future and the future of your team.
