      Pros

      Good working and personal life balance. flexible working hours. Can add your knowledge with various IEEE and other presentations and trainings happening in ST.

      Cons

      Management not very good in making strong and necessary decisions, cant control the workflow and things on right track. Company business (few department) not doing good from quite long time and not doing anythng better to engage or hold good brains.
