      Pros

      -Good environment with colleagues -Stable company without retrenchment -Good medical/optical allowance -Clear company vision from management -Good starting pay for fresh graduate (2023 onwards)

      Cons

      -Does not show gratitude to loyal employee -Fresh graduate salary is higher than those 2-3 years experience engineer -No salary adjustment for existing employee to market -Salary deduction if come late, even if we stay back late (exceed min working hour) -Non flexible working hours -No work life balance in process engineering -Management expect process engineers to work everyday inclusive weekend for process issues -Ancient 6in tool, management expecting it to perform like a Ferrari

      Pros

      Good work life balance. Good welfare benefits with a in-house clinic with duty nurses and 3 rotating doctors who comes in daily. With 2 additional STcare leave annual leave on top of your annual leave. Flexi medical/dental/optical benefits also cover your spouse and dependents. Good system in place.

      Cons

      Lower salary compared to most of the other semiconductor companies. Take ages for promotion if you are joining as a newbie unless your superior likes you otherwise you will just be like a small fish in the big ocean. Hard to convince management for a change for the better as they will put up more challenges for you to convince them before they take in your idea. However if the same idea comes from a French/Caucasian, then it’s an entirely different thing. Comparing to the foreigners, true blue Singaporeans are considered 2nd class employees. Dominated by French and Malaysian management. Micro-management
