      Pros

      Relaxed, slow pace, friendly colleagues, understanding people, great place to retire, provides courses for employees. Man days can always be arranged with BAs, I usually complete my developments even before the project begins, leaving me to provide bug-free solutions to global users and alot of time to socialise and take breaks.

      Cons

      Compensation is below industry standard, Management doesn't care about employees, full of foreigners (Myannmarese + Malaysians + Indians), ethnic enclaves, Managers are mostly non-Asians, hard to get promoted, poor recognition of work

      - work life balance - good knowledge of whats happening via updates - technology evolves continuously at a gradual pace

      - more planning needed at times - mass shutdowns (like for all manufacturing) - politics
