Pros

Hybrid and working from home

Cons

Holiday, pension, death in service. They’re about all the benefits you get. No sick pay. No Xmas celebrations. No Easter celebration. Quick exit redundancy. Pay average. No incentives. No overtime. If you work over there’s no extra pay or option to take as holiday. Heavy workload. Lack of support from management. Training via teams and limited. Not very friendly. In my opinion it’s a company stripped to a skeleton staff and in trouble financially in the UK

Cons

Company is going through ongoing organisational changes. Priorities can shift during restructuring periods. Experience can vary depending on team and location. Work patterns and demands can fluctuate. Experience is highly dependent on role and department.
