fast moving dynamic environment, you can propose to try new things and prove its effectivess, high level of autonomy
Cons
Short planning, mostly focus on spike event. Spend too much time competing with Tiktokshop rather than focusing on themselves. Young company hence organization structure doesnt make much sense and keep changing quickly. Unclear threshold to evaluate employee performance and promotion. Sometime younger people at lower rank can even get higher salary than higher rank
